November 2008 - The National Survey on Student Engagement

This month we are focusing on the National Survey on Student Engagement (NSSE) which each university in Ontario completes. Students in both first and fourth years were sent the survey and the completion results were 49%. Overall, UOIT continues to demonstrate high levels of engagement when compared to other Ontario universities, particularly in the areas of computers and information technology. This is UOIT's second time participating in the survey.
