STUDENT EXPERIENCE CENTRE (SEC)Each semester, prior to writing in our Centre, the student must submit to you an Accommodation Notice if they choose to write in the SEC Test Centre. The Accommodation Notice form provides you a listing of the approved accommodations for this term.
The student may choose to write a test/exam either in class or in the SEC Test Centre. In order to indicate they would like to write a test/exam in the SEC Test Centre, the student is required to follow our process as noted below:

- Each student will be required to submit a SEC Test Centre Request Form (available either in the SEC Test Centre or can be requested electronically), for each test;
- The SEC Test Centre Request Form is a carbon form, unless it has been downloaded in which case the student is to print two (2) copies;
- The student will complete the top section Student Portion of the form and hand in the white copy to the SEC Test Centre five (5) business days prior to the scheduled tests;
- The student will deliver the yellow copy of the form to the Receptionist for the Faculty;
- Receptionist of the Faculty will keep the yellow copy of the form;
- Receptionist of the Faculty will complete the Faculty Portion of the yellow form;
- Please ensure you convey any important test/exam particulars to reception, as this information will be used by the invigilator to properly administer your test;
- Receptionist of the Faculty will attach the yellow copy of the form to the test;
- Receptionist of the Faculty will deliver the test to the SEC Test Centre at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled date of the test; This deadline is in case we need to put the test into alternate format;
***We encourage faculty to visit their student during the test/exam in the SEC Test Centre or provide contact information to address any questions/concerns that may arise.***
