Final Exam Sign Up Instructions
To sign up for final exams in the CSD Test Centre, follow all the steps below:
1. Click on 'CSD Test Centre
2. Click on the 'Test, mid-term and final exam sign up'.
3. Choose option 'Book a test or final exams' from the menu.
4. Choose option 'Schedule a final exam'Log in using your network log in information:
User name: Your student id number.
Password: Your school network log in password.
5. Click 'Log in' button.
6. Please read 'Online final exam booking' information.
7. Click on the 'Next' button.
8. For each exam you wish to write in the CSD Test Centre, click the box in the first column.
9. Click on the 'Next' button.
10. Select the accommodation(s) for each exam by checking off the appropriate boxes.
11. Click on the 'Next' button.
12. Confirm your booking by checking off 'I acknowledge that the information I am submitting is correct to the best of my knowledge' box below the table.
13. Click the 'Finish' button to submit your final exam booking request.
NOTE:
- You may register and submit exams individually or all at once.
- You may not edit your selections after submission.
- Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This email will also indicate the adjusted start or end time of your exam.
