Faculty of Energy Systems and Nuclear ScienceThe Faculty of Energy Systems and Nuclear Science's programs in energy systems engineering and nuclear engineering are the first stand-alone programs of their kind in Canada. Faculty of ScienceThe Faculty of Science's undergraduate science programs offer a strong scientific foundation and specializations that are relevant to the real world, such as Applied and Industrial Mathematics, Life Sciences (a program tailored for those wishing to enter medical school), Digital Media, Energy and the Environment, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Forensic Science. The five-year Concurrent Science/Education program allows for the combination of a Bachelor of Science (honours) degree with a Bachelor of Education degree. For those whose interests lay in combining science with business, the five-year Science and Management program allows students to pursue training in science, complemented by relevant training in business and management. For graduate students, the Faculty of Science offers both master’s and doctoral programs in the interdisciplinary fields of Applied Bioscience, Computer Science, Modelling and Computational Science, and Materials Science. |
