Convocation ceremony
UOIT will host its ninth session of convocation on Friday, June 8, 2012, honouring our graduating students' commitment and dedication to academic success. Convocation questions can be directed to the Registrar's office by phone 905.721.3190 or email convocation@uoit.ca.
Important note to all graduating students: All students who completed their degree requirements during the summer 2011, fall 2011 or winter 2012 semesters are required to apply to graduate using the online application to graduate. You are required to complete the application to graduate within the appropriate application window (even if you do not plan on attending convocation). Applying to graduate enables the Registrar's office to perform the steps required to grant your degree. If you do not apply, the degree audit process cannot occur. The application to graduate is located on MyCampus and will be open to students of the Class of 2012 during the time periods specified below.

Note: There is a $40 late graduation application fee charged for late applicants.
