Where is UOIT?

UOIT is located in the Greater Toronto Area in the City of Oshawa which is an easy drive or bus/train ride to downtown Toronto. Among the Greater Toronto Area's (GTA) popular destinations are the CN Tower, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Toronto Zoo and the Art Gallery of Ontario.
If you are a professional sports fan, you can catch Maple Leafs hockey (NHL), Raptors basketball (NBA) and The Rock lacrosse (NLL) at Air Canada Centre, along with Blue Jays baseball (MLB) and Argonauts football (CFL) at Rogers Centre. Soccer fans can catch Toronto FC (MLS) matches at BMO Field.

Oshawa is in the heart of beautiful Durham Region. Downtown Oshawa offers a fantastic mix of urban and rural living. UOIT is located less than an hour's drive from downtown Toronto and Lester B. Pearson International Airport and also easily-accessible by both GO Transit (with bus and train links to all points in the GTA) and Durham Region Transit.
