No Show Policy:

The Campus Health Centre has a No Show Policy for appointments missed with a medical doctor, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy and nutritional counseling.

An appointment is considered a NO SHOW if you do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not cancel up to an hour of appointment start time. This is a $40.00 fee. Cancellation will be accepted over the phone or in personal only .
