Leadership development

Orange is the colour for everything orientation. This colour stands out in a crowd - just like our student leaders! Although orientation programming happens once a year, the Student Life office works throughout the academic year with more than 120 orientation leaders to plan a variety of fun activities and informative sessions designed to welcome new students to campus and ensure they are prepared for the first day of classes. Recruitment for our Student Steering Committee (SSC) occurs in November each year and students interested in becoming an orientation leader (TOC), should look for posters and MyCampus announcements about this exciting leadership each year in January.
