Returning students: Once you've registered to return to classes starting in September, bring your proof of tuition payment/deferment and your 2009-10 Campus ID card to G1004. Your multi-year card will be validated to confirm your registration as a part time or full time student in the 2010-11 academic year. A $5 reprint fee will be charged if you cannot present your 2009-10 card. Full time students must have their card validated BEFORE your first class in order to use it for U-Pass transit.
Card reprint fees will be accepted in the ID Office only during evening ID, exam weeks and the peak start up period between late August and mid September.
Access to services on and off campus will be restricted if you do not validate your card before September. You are strongly encouraged to do this before September classes especially if you are a Meal Plan subscriber and/or a full time student in order to take advantage of the U-Pass transit service on the first day of school.
Your Campus Identification (photo ID) Card is a valuable piece of identification which serves a variety of purposes as a student on campus. Please keep it with you at all times. The following will identify the cards' versatility and importance for access, exam identification, resource access, Meal Plans and Flex Dollar accounts, Health Plan access and even transit and retail discounts on and off campus.
The card that you'll receive during your current academic year will be the only card that you'll need for the entire duration of your program of study. Annual validation will be available in the ID offices upon re-registration, even in the summer months! Complimentary card replacement will be at the discretion of the ID Office staff.
