Disruptive Behaviour Policy
Library users have the right to expect access to a quiet atmosphere conducive to study and research. Users must respect the rights of others.
Please do not engage in prolonged conversations in study or other quiet areas. Quiet conversations may take place in casual seating areas. It is expected that extended discussions will take place in group study rooms or the Library cafe.
Library users who are disturbed by the conversations or activities of those around them can approach the offenders and request that they desist. Security and/or Library staff assistance is available any time upon request at the Circulation desk.
Users who are unwilling to comply with this policy are subject to sanctions as set out in the Library Code of Conduct.
